Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be updated within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping (Limited Availability)
We offer international shipping to select countries. However, we do not ship to certain destinations due to logistical, legal, or carrier restrictions.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or shortly after placing your order, and a full refund will be issued if necessary.

5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship orders.
