Orders cannot be canceled once production has started or after shipment.
We encourage you to review your order carefully, as we cannot offer returns for change of mind.
We accept refunds or provide replacements if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you.
